TYMEBANK ARE A DISGUSTING BANK.
TymeBank are really a pathetic organisation. They should NEVER have been goven a banking lisense. The sonior management, including the likes of Elaine-Joe Cloete are all not interested in helping their clients. This is equally true for the Customer Care department. In effect, they will tell you that whatever problem you have has been attended to and resolved, when in face NOTHING is resolved. This on top of the insult of being told that I have to pay R70 for a new card to be issued on an account that was supposed to have been reactivated on the 27 August. I am appalled by TymeBank's handling of a client. All this when they don't pay any interest on a credit balance in a savings account. MY ADVICE. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TYMEBANK. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. . . . THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE AT ALL. THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN A TOY KINDERGARTENBANK. From Godwin Symons. *** phone. ***
