Tymebank ***** and bad service
Hi, I was ****med out of my pension on 2 October. Someone called me and the true caller showed TymeBank *****. They groomed me for a month pretending to be concerned about a ****. I phoned TymeBank who rejected my claim and I contacted the Ombudsman today only. My bank account is on a debit hold and there is no one to asssit me. When I go to a Pick n Pay branch there is no assistance either. My pension is due next week and I don't know whether I will be able to assist the funds. It id impossible to get through on ***.

11 Nov 2024, 11:51Yes it is active due to numerous calls made. I am still unhappy that my claim was repudiated. I am a pensioner and in need of that money. I am still waiting on a response from the Ombudsman
