TymeBank an embarrassment
I regret ever banking with this disgraceful bank I canceled my bank card 2 weeks ago and I got a new card and today as I was driving to Pretoria an amount of TymeBank. R2380.00 Online purchase from AGODACOM QUEENS PAL London GB from Acc......6703. Bal R508.60, 25Dec 11:34 which is unauthorized transaction and yet the the consultant tells me that am not guaranteed to get my money back I reported 2 weeks ago a transaction of R 399 went of that am still waiting and I am not protected this is disappointing and it's a disgrace I will go to all the social medias and all the radio stations and the umbudsman because it's my money after replacing my card my account is still compromised

31 Dec 2024, 15:11Why must *****ulent transaction money that was taken from my account without my consent must take 31 days so clearly you as Tymebank don't give a damn about me paying my debit orders I see previously I banked with FNB and Standard bank experience *****ulent transaction and it only use to take 5 working days mark my words after all this is resolved am switching bank and will never ever use your useless services because you are an *********** bank
