TymeBank an embarrassment

This is the most insensitive, incapable and inefficient company I ever dealt with. They don't read your messages, and keep on replying with unrelated standard computer messages. They host ****mers and *****sters, assisting these ********s to ***** people's money. They have all the details of these ***** and *****sters, but do nothing. They keep on yelling me to phone their *****line. I am a pensioner and hard of hearing, and TimeBank do not have the electronic capability to deal with this? ****a shops provide a more professional than this.
