Tymebank ambassador

Hi good people my name is Themba and I would like to talk about my experience with one of the TymeBank ambassador I met today at Golden walk mall today he was so different from all the other ones I have dealt with in a very long time and the best part about him is that he is patient, understanding and respectful towards another human being regardless of race he goes above and beyond to make sure that a client has the best help and takes his time with a client and he will even go above and beyond just to make sure that a customer is satisfied with the services he renders to them no matter what happens he will be by your side like today I had a problem with my app and this guy stood with me for like an hour trying by all means to make sure that my app works even though I had asked him to forget about it but he just told me that he can't leave a customer not fully satisfied and eventually his Patience and determination to help me out worked out for both of us as he was beaming with happiness that he managed to help me out no matter how much of his lunch time was wasted and the other thing that stood out from him is that I offered him a R100 just to say thank you for helping me out and he just said to me Sir thank you for the gesture however I would respectfully like to decline because I'm only helping you because it's the right thing to do and not because I want something in return i just and pray that someone in the company or other companies see the greatness in that Boy and bless him with a better position as he will go far with the way he has respect for another human being.
