Tymebank amateur in the banking industry

Tymebank is very complicated,unreasonable, selfish and they genuinely don't care...my acc was onhold for a year I went to Queenstown boxer, jet,foschini and pnp and I had struggled for a full week to get it sorted by myself without the help of their highly praised ambassadors..now they don't want to re open my wife's acc which was block because of my account coz I sent her money using my so-called suspicious acc.she sent multiple emails at the ***** department and they still lie about not receiving the email..you will always be an amateur in the banking industry because you have zero consideration for people and convenience
