Do not make a mistake and bank with this bank, I since withdrawn R400 from an ATM on the 15th Sep 2023 and nothing came out but deducted from my balance, I called them to report because the slip was written "No notes dispensed", they gave me an email address to send my slip, I did and received a reference number, an agent told me it will reflect on my account in 3 days, after 4 days there was nothing again, I called in again to check the progress and I found a rude guy and he told me after 35 days, it is now over 40 days, still nothing in my account, imagine if I was withdrawing a huge amount and had no back up. Now what's left is to open a case because they do not have branches.
