Prime Video took 70 on my account and i wanted to dispute that since I was not aware of the transaction, and I had nothing to do with it. So I called the bank only for the customer service agent to block my card and now must make new card for another 70 but the card was blocked by them

This bank is expensive. Everything is R10.
