TymeBank actually lost my money

Two days ago, I moved money from my Everyday account over to my GoalSave (internal account transfer), and the money has just disappeared. On my Everyday account, the transaction shows that it went through, but the money never reflected in the savings, and is "lost" somewhere within TymeBank systems? How something like this could happen, especially to a bank that is "all-digital" is beyond me and totally unacceptable. I've been on the phone with them since the incident happened and the agents all gave me the same copy-pasted answers, with no resolution in sight.
