Tymebank account on Debit hold for the second time

I have reported my account to Tyme Bank before and they assisted me very well after reporting the matyer to this site. This week again it has been blocked and when I tried to resolve the matter again I got a horrible experience from the lady by the name of Onga. I asled for her surname and she said her name is efficient for me yo know.

My account is still blocked and have no access to it and got a very disappointing service.
