Tymebank Account not Closed

Why is the account still not closed Tymebank? I called Tymebank *****line on Monday and they told me that the account registered with my ID number that I don't know about will be closed after 4 days which is Friday.The ***** consultant told me that today it will be closed but it is still not closed!!!! I'm so disappointed Tymebank please fix this!
