Tymebank account blocked 3 weeks ago

Hi I'm still not happy about TymeBank actually I would not recommend it to anyone they blocked my account 3 weeks bacsimple because I'm buying and selling on Big Deal online shopping I have been sending them affidavit as per their request but no help, whatsapp no help, calling them no help even my salary is stucked in there so now I need to move my salary to another bank that will be compitent for me, please people must not use them at all because they don't take serious their customers
