TYMEBANK --- A Waste of Time!!!

I am shocked at the poor service of Tymebank. It started off good with lovely ambassadors in attendance and bank cards available. But slowly the ambassadors disappeared and the kiosks faulty with PnP advising they call in technicians EVERY WEEK but then within days customers report faulty machines and the kiosks are empty of bank cards. Some PnP stores report it is a nightmare as it's not their duty to fix faulty kiosks nor attend to queries as their staff are busy. My other gripe is I have been trying to speak to an agent at Customer Service for an hour now. The recording announces they have a lot of calls coming in, then you ask yourself why???? I am so disgusted. And they say they are working quickly to attend to calls .... Really!!!???? The sooner my son and I close our accounts, the better. Shoddy service!!! Tymebank upgrade your kiosks or replace these outdated ones that break down continuously.... and get the Anbassadors back to assist and report the faulty kiosks!!

And now I'll wait forever for some agent to contact me. Shooo
