Tymebank - A pathetic service

I tried to phone Tymebank on Thursday, 2 March 2023, but their call center were too busy and after my call went unanswered for nearly 10 min, I decided to sent them an email with my complaint & request.

It is now Tuesday, 7 March 2023, and I have not received any phone calls from Tymebank or a response to my email.

This is a pathetic service.
