TymeBank a JOKE!!!!!
Card declined twice at a pick n pay today, R2262.46 WENT OFF TWICE from my account, FUNDS LEFT my account at 12:29 & 12:30!!! cashier says it will reverse after 30min -1 hours...it's been 8 hours and nothing. Call Centre useless , kept on hold after spending over R100 on airtime. Opened Twitter account today to log complaint on Twitter, zero response ....what is going on????I need my money for travelling for myself and kids, electricity and food !!!!!! Why don't you guys care about your clients ?????
