TYmebank a disappointment

I'm very disappointed with tymebank,this thing of digital bank is clearly not workin, as I have never used their USSD but as soon as there is a password reset and usage of USSD to withdraw money from my account by I dont know who. I do not believe they are ready to be a digital bank if they don't have measures in place that prevent *****, where there is a sim swap that is done. they did send an email on the 2nd to say they detected a swim swap. how do you then allow your systems to continue with a transaction where there is a suspected swim swap? and I say Tyme Bank is not fully equipped to be a digital bank as the ****** are ahead of them while we lose our money... I cannot trust that my money is safe in their bank anymore
