TymeBank a **** bank

They were transaction that happened on my account while I was in soweto, and the transactions shows they happed at Witbank on the 24th of September 2023. Reported the case immediately, card was canceled. Was informed the issue will be resolved within 7 working days.

On the 13th October I called to find out about the case, only then I was informed that the case was declined because the chip and pin was used , no further assistance was given to me by the rude agent who was assisting me.
