Tymebank

I am really upset and frustrated my tymebank account was blocked because of an error on there side not mine the money the had to retrieve has been retrieved but my account is still blocked is this even legal because i was never notified about this issue until my card declined at a resturant its been 3days its 5min to open a account but a million hours to resolve it im really dissappointed in there services
