Tymebank

I transfered money from my standard bank account to a wrong account. Called tymebank to asked if they reverse it said they can do nothing. Went to standard bank where I had to pay a R300 to reverse the money.. Which they can't guarantee I will get the money back.. Standard bank called tymebank.. And they confirmed that they can see on thier side that the money was transferred from my account and is still in that account. But they can't reverse it.. What can I do.. Help please
