I regret opening a tymebank account , when I called the customer I wait for a very long time to get helped , and at times my airtime gets finish just by waiting for help , and then they dont ask me but they tell me that my issue has been resolved when it wasnt , and now when my password is locked they ask for a selfie , and I have to stand still then they say come closer and it takes forever , and it still does not come right , at this moment I am fuming cos ive been trying for so long and still not resolved...now I cant open my banking app. All I can do is bank with another bank so I dont have this problems.
