Actually not even a 1 star, this is the worst bank ever ever ever, they are truly useless. Staff are highly ***********, have no idea how to do things properly. Iv being waiting well over 2 months for a refund and they just gou stories upon stories. The worst choice i ever made was opening an account. You will have money in your account than suddenly you cannot swipe or *** always a problem. Im do so sure that a supermarket such as Shoprite is a 100000% better with thr money market. Now imagine a supermarket being better than a bank. Dont embarrass yourself by opening an account with the most useless stupidest messed up bank Tymebank.. Lmfao fvk you and all your stupid staff that don't know ****..

They your staff are most definitely unqualified and stupid, your calls are recorded for quality and training, please dont use it for training they will all stay dom unfortunately. I requested a call back 6 days ago and no1 called. I call they say hang on, 2 minutes later they drop the call, if they were competent they would have called back but they keep dropping the call coz they either confused, dnt know what is happening n they stupid, vefy unprofessional. How do we go about this, i mean like getting my refund tomorrow morning
