On the 31st December 2024 . I made a mistake and paid someone an amount of R5000 from my tymebank personal account . I called them for help and they asked me if i paid that person in immediate or normal and I responded that it was an immediate payment and then the lady said they cant help me . I have the person's capitec acc an her surname . Please help me
