Tymeback failing to deliver service delivery

My profile was blocked few months ago and they asked me to send some documents which I did and then they said they'll come back to me and few days ago they sent me an email saying I should login and unblock my account then when I do that it keeps saying profile blocked I should call them they will unblock it on their side.. I tried calling them again and they said they will unblock it and now it's been 7 days still nothing.
