Tyme wasted
Case GTQ-27273: to date this has still not been resolved, despite several calls I have made to follow up on this! Absolutely no courtesy or assurance from your team that this would be resolved timeously.
In simple terms; your bank does not care about our time and effort, yet alone are hard earned money.
Ridiculous!!!
