Tyme to change my Bank!

I opened a Tymebank account as I thought it would be handy to save into a separate account and their interest rate seemed good; also it's quick and easy to open an account. That's where the good news ends. Recently I sold an old 2nd hand car for R45k I thought I'd pay it into my Tymebank account. To my dismay a week later the EFT didn't show in my account. I called the help centre only to be met by this message. "press 1 to stay on the line, press 0 to end the call", this is repeated every 1.5 seconds, after pressing "1" for a billion times I gave up. And why, can't I just press the big red button to end the call? Anyway, Day 2 - I tried calling the "Help" Center again, the same thing! Day 3, I decided to go to the kiosk where I opened the account. The Tymebank representative at the kiosk says there is absolutely nothing she can do I have to call the helpline, "but they are not answering, for two days in a row," I say. They were having "problems," she says they will answer today. True as Bob, after three hours of holding on they did. They told me that there is a balance limit on their accounts of R40 000 unless you go into the kiosk to increase your limits. But I've just been to the kiosk why didn't she tell me this and increase my limit, I told her what the problem was. "Maybe she didn't know," they say. Also, the R45 000 transfer to your account was declined, so the money is no longer with Tymebank. But in the meantime, you can go back to the kiosk to upgrade your account limits. For goodness sake what bank on earth declines a transfer INTO a legitimate account holders account? This is just insane! The least they can do is to advise their clients when opening the account. Or they can accept the transfer and immediately call one to ask that you please go and upgrade your account limit at the kiosk. Presently neither the transferring bank (ABSA) nor Tymebank knows where the funds are, ABSA says it was never paid back to them. What a dubious bank Tymebank is, I encourage you NOT to do business with Tymebank if you are serious about your money!
