Tyme so called Bank

Very dissapointed by this so called "bank" All I wanted to do was change my cellphone no and since they don't have any branches I have to do it via an Atm which doesn't even recognize my fingerprints anymore for some reason they can't even answer... Customer service was not any help at all, instead I have to go home affairs to reprint my fingerprint for some systematic error on their side,that has nothing to do with me.. This is unacceptable and fairly very dissapointing... Wouldn't recommend this "bank" to anyone
