Tyme pos worst service everG

I am very disappointed with Tyme Bank, especially tymepos, I used it for few months but on the 5th of December 2022 they held back two transactions. Totaling over five thousand Rands, today being the 20th of December 2022 still not sorted and no feed back on the progress. I emailed documents and proof as requested but to no avail. I will close all my Tyme bank accounts.
