Tyme is really a ****

Hello I am very disappointed about the service I got from Tyme bank it is really frustrating and its a **** because firstly all the consultants are rude.since from the 15th March 2023 my account was blocked they told me to go to the kiosk when I get there i have to call again spending more than R500 on just calling them,my account is blocked and cannot access my money.They say it's a digital bank but then you have to get to the stupid kiosk and call when you're there it's really unprofessional and ****s
