Tyme Health is a joke!

The worst experience ever, I am still waiting for a claim, I had to pay the GP myself and submit invoice of R580.00 of which I was told they would ONLY refund me R340.00, but GP visits are supposed to be free! I have emailed numerously to ask where is my refund, no response and now after another telephone call the call operator said its marked for payment but to the GP!!!! this is over a month ago! Terrible Service, I do not recommend them at all! I wasted R399.00 for 3 months.
