Tyme Ban****!!!!!!!!!Someone take me seriously

Wow, where do I begin. Firstly, lets start with the fact that I have never opened a hello peter account nor complained about any service online despite receiving some pretty ********** service over the years. I believe its a waste of time and besides, everybody deserves a second chance and I understand that none of it has ever been personal but my,my,my Tyme Bank has forced me to take this step and many others that are to follow...trust me when I say I am going to make it my life's mission to destroy Tyme Bank's reputation because they have literally destroyed my life, livelyhood and continue to do so. I shall list the stuff up's in no particular order

Daily limit A simple , good old daily limit, you would think. No, not with Tyme ****, first of all who on Earth in 2019 cannot increase a daily limit from R2000. I get paid into this account and as a result of their R2000 daily limit that requires me to go to Home Affairs and then its going to take twenty days before verification and before tjey install their so-called facial verification system, I have lost my accomodation. Yes, I am very much homeless..you see I am currently going through a divorce and have just moved into a lovely little cottage in Mellville from Cresta where my rent is R5000. My landlord is a little old lady who has had experiences with student bolting out of paying and therefore has serious trust issues and could not understand the fact that I am going to be depositing money on the daily..sometimes R1500..sometimes R1000,,sometimes nothing...after all I still owed deposit so I have to give her R8500 in total. Reluctantly she agreed and guess what...the money from the first deposit only reflects after three days..so you can do the math...today ahe told me that unfortunately I have to look for new accomodation and my tyme bank story simply does not add up. In other words she thinks Im lying but thats not even the beginning of how Tyme literally messed my life up....a life Im trying to pick back up after not working for over two years but these thing happen right...

Now, I am a digital sales executive working at Independent Media in Johannesburg and one of my key requirements is that I have a vehicle in order to see my clients, Having worked for two months without a car and working from the office, my employers were very desperate to see me fulfilling my KPI's and go on the field and make some money, how else would I justify the basic salary of R20 000 that they have blessed me with. Herein lies the problem, my credit score is messed up so I cant get a car if it aint cash and besides I do not have a three month bank statement, payslip e.tc and trust me when I say that my employer has been on my case to get a car because her employer wants to know what on Earth is going on..i have literally ben told, in not so may words that if I do not have a car at the end of the month, I might as well not bother. Now, you go and try buying a car with with R2k. I know your suggestion would probably be why not withdraw R2000 rand everyday until I get to like R10k or something and my answer is you must go try doing that while trying to commute to work, eat, pay your machonisa debt and support your daughter and,and,and, and all on R2000 ****** rand and the nature of cash is that it doesnt stay in your pocket...this is why people have bank accounts but alas I am a solutionist and not a whiner..i figure let me close my acciunt and move to my old bank,,,guess what,,,I still have to do R2000 daily deposits in the new account but we are solution oriented ...right..lemme just go to a money lender where ican access a decent sum of cash which brings me to my second main issue...bank statement

Tyme is meant to be South Africa's Digital Solution, our first foray into 4th IR, I mean this bank is backed by Patrice Motsepe, of all people and I mean in order to open a bank, you would have had to tick some boxes...some pretty basic boxes... FICA standard boxes, like any FSP( finacial Services Provider), but the FSCA complaints department will be hearing from me soon. Nonetheless, lets go to how Tyme **** ruined my life..a life Im only trying to pick up now. I figured let me get a loan and guess what Tyme digital bank of the year cannot give me a simple bank statement, yes you heard right, a simple bank statement, I have to wait till the 10th and guess what I only received my June statement on the 1st of October, so I am now waiting with bated breath. This is after spending an hour of begging and pleading in their contact centre where I was told I will receive my "preliminary"statement in 48 hours and guess what 5 days later, I still have nothing but a statement from June.

False Advertising For masquearading as bank, first and foremost and secondly for lying to the public about services they offer. For frustrating the average consumer and for misrepresenting the brand Of Patrice Motsepe as Im pretty sure he has zero idea of the can of worms he has opened with his *********** contact centre and non existent IT staff.

I am giving Tyme bank 24 hours to un***** my life and compensate me...yes you heard right...I need Tyme to literally explain to my landlord, my employer and buy me a car or provide me with a loan to buy a car...otherwise I am going to make it my life's mission to destroy Tyme's reputation. I will use different identities, different platforms, different devices, different platforms( already talking to an advertiser about a pro bono anti tyme bank ad) on a major platform and basically make it my life's work to **** its reputation up.....I have nothing to lose, they can take me to court, they can squash my campaign, they can do whatever they need to do...al I know is gloves are off, unless someone from Tyme calls me with a serious solution because my life is literally in tatters because of Tyme bank.
