Tyme Banks *********** system for cash send reversals

All banks in South Africa have a way of either retrieving a cash send or having access to the transaction as the sender however Tyme bank is a pure nonsensical bank with no systems in place.

I sent a cash send to an incorrect number mind you a R1000.00. I immediately call tyme bank and am told very boldly so by the operator namely SIPHO. I fail to understand how this bank doesn't have access to their system and can't assist even in stopping or blocking the end user from withdrawal. I spent R100.00 airtime trying to get assistance however no one not even the supervisors or managers were willing to take my call. This is pure ******* as TYME bank was established in a generation of technology, as to how their systems are in the 1940s I will never understand.
