Tyme bank...pfffft, no help from anyone not even the call center team leader!!!

Waiting for a refund since the 27 Nov 2019. After contacting the call center 10 times and emailing the call center team leader Morne, i still dont have answers. I wont let this rest. I want my money now!!!! So quick to charge us bank fees but it takes so long to get my refund.
