What a devastating experience, money was taken out of my account, when i reported it I was treated as tough I was the ********, thereafter i was advised it takes 31 working days to resolve my ***** investigation 35 days later i still await a refund. When you call in to the call center, you met with sheer arrogance if they don't want to assist you, they just transfer the call for you to rate their service.
