Tyme bank worst bank to be with

I recently opened an account with tyme bank about 2 months ago. There was money sent to my account by a family member and money also transferred into my account due to selling my vehicle. 3 Weeks ago my account has been blocked, when I contacted Tyme Bank they explained why and that I need to get an affidavit stating the reason why there was money transferred into my account. The same day I got the affidavit and sent it through. I have called numerous times regarding my account being blocked and all that is told to me is they will call me back. I have not received one phone call from tyme bank. I have sent several emails not 1 email has been rep**** to. I have no access to my money and no one cares This is the worst bank and you cannot even go into a branch to query anything regarding your account.

Please can someone help me I don't know what to do further. I honestly would not recommend anyone to open an account with this bank. No one cares for their customers
