TYME BANK WORSE BANK - ***** HAPPENED NEED MY MONEY BACK

On the 20th ***** was done in my account and Tyme Bank blocked the account I then called and told them someone withdrew the money in my accounting using Tyme code and it was not me they said they will investigate the investigation came back failed reason being they confirm I withdrew the money using my phone I told them someone did Sim swap on my phone and I was driving the time it happen and the person who took the money was in Boxer KZN that time I was in Limpopo. How do I trust you guys with my money if you are doing this, you can't solve the problem that happened in your bank. Why did you block my account saying suspicious movement is happening, but you don't believe me when I say I was hacked. I want my money back please.
