Tyme bank withdrawals without getting your money

Used an ABSA atm to get money and it said transaction failed but it deducted the withdrawal amount I called and was told it’s been reversed but 3 month later I’m still waiting for my money and nothing has changed…the convenience they promise is not worth the trouble I don’t recommend
