Tyme bank with tyme health poor service

I contacted both tyme bank and Time health ( national health insurance but they failed to actively my policy .I was insured by 5 consultants from tyme bank that they recived my payments in advance and my monthly premium but I policy still show contact tyme .I keep contacting them Wasting airtime ; data but no one resolve.
