Tyme Bank - Waste of time and airtime!
What a waste of time! I have been phoning Tyme Bank since the 26 of June 2025 and every time the agents will say 'They will call you within 24 - 48 hours'. Well, it has been 3 weeks and 3 follow up calls and same old same 'they will call you within 24 - 48 hours' and still nothing. It is clear that their staff is not trained at all! They have no clue whatsoever. Total waste of time!
