Tyme bank USELESS BANK

Sent money to someone via Tyme bank on the the 29th of October till today she hasn't received it. I called the bank on the 30th October to find out what happened to the transaction they said I should wait the person will get it. On the 9th November I called the bank again and they said they are investigating and will get back to me to update me about happened to the money but they never did and am still waiting for my money and the their feedback. On the 14th of November my husband sent me money on my tyme bank account, even now the money also hasn't reflected. I have two transactions that are missing and Tyme bank doesn't even give a damn about it. I called today and found a lady called Manana, explained my situation to her, she said she will get back to me but she never did.

Tyme bank is honestly a stupid bank, they don't care about service delivery or other people's finances. Transactions disappears, people don't get their money and the nonsense bank can't even explain or give you answers. The consultants are just useless.
