Tyme bank terrible service

Pathetic service I received ,I spoke to 8 consultants and I have not received any feedback till today from Monday, I'm not getting any assistance , my account is on hold and I need to use my money to pay rent and other things ,but they are telling me the ********** department is gonna call,up until now I haven't received any feedback from this ********** department. I'm really not happy with this service, I just want my money And i want to change bank,
