Tyme bank takes its TIME

Good day incorrect transfer made by myself, Trying to get someone from Tymebank to just go the extra mile and assist me, they don't bother to call me back when I get cut off. I am adgitated as I need to pay for a car that was purchased. R50 000 I have been to Nedbank and they wont assist they said Tymebank must deal with it, But no one is getting back to me, I know the process takes 7 days but they can make the extra effort to follow up as its urgent! I will just close my account as I know at least with FNB the reversal would have been processed the same day!
