Tyme bank sucks

This is the shadiest bank that I've ever dealt with. I was ****med by someone using a tyme bank account . I understand that they couldn't share any personal details of that person with me because of the POPIA but for them to not have any compassion whatsoever, it's like dealing with robots, their agents lack emotional intelligence.
