TYME BANK SUCKS *****

Hi TYMEank , he service experience i have received was the worst and for a simple request. Please listen to your customers or we will all leave and go to other banks rather pay more for a simple service . My request was very simple i sent a cash send in error and i could not cancel or reverse it. i had to wait 7 days hoping the money does not get actioned . What the F@&^#%@$ is that why cant i cancel it if the option is there in 7 days. We all human we can make an error in sending , if you guys dont put your act together we will all go to other bank and pay for simple value. We are not asking for extra ordinary service or rocket science but a simple basic service. If we can get that lets all go to other bank.
