Tyme bank sucks

I opened an account with Tyme bank and it worked well at first now that time goes by I don't know if it's something that they normally do but then they took my money promising that they will reverse within seven days and they didn't and doesn't seat well with me I am so hurt and mad about this situation am even regretting why I opened it
