tyme bank suck rude customer service

my girlfriend sent money to me from her account we called tymebank on saturday they advised the money should be back in her account in 7 days it came and went still nothing happened we called again last night the consultant was rude to me and she didn't see the amount then she saw it then we were told the money will reflect in two to three working days that is bull**** lousy service and bank then
