Tyme bank stole my money

I am really disappointed with this bank in that I drew R3000 at an ATM but the ATM never gave me the money. I got in touch with this bank and they said that they would investigate and get me my money back. Instead of following through they made up some **** to say that I owed them R3000. That is firstly untrue and very convenient for them to pull such a **** and I promise that they will pay this money back even if I have to go to the media and drag their name through the mud, but they will honor the refund of R3000 back into my account, that was never paid out to me. I understand that this bank lost much money when random amounts were paid to people as “salaries” but using the public and ********ly ******ing from them is unacceptable and with that I will not stop until I am given my money back. Crime is crime and I will employ the full extent of the law to such a ******** group.
