Tyme bank shouldn't be called a bank
Tyme bank is now officially the worst bank the blocked my account it is month end and tells me it can take up to the 17th of November their customer service is horrible as for the staff they have in the pick and pay south Dale Branch beyond disgusting. I want my account to be unblocked immediately so I can move my funds to a better bank. As for the customer care centre they take up to 30 minutes to answer calls and have no answers. I use tyme bank for large amount of payments and I am disgusted with them

01 Nov 2022, 15:45Your team is not helpful youl just go around blocking people's accounts and we must phone and beg and be put on hold for 40 minutes for the call to cut off again I honestly just want my account unblocked so I can change banks I used youl because of the charges but guess you get what u pay for the service is horrible
