Tyme Bank ********s

Good day

Herewith find my formal complaint with Tyme bank.

I do not whether to say tyme bank is a **** or it is its consultants, however this all looks like an internal *****ulent activity,

I got ****** on 31st of October and had all my particulars taken that includes my bank cards and cell phones, the incident happened at night and on the very same night I contacted tyme bank to block my account, cards and apps so the consultant i spoke to assured me that all was well.

Two days later i went to Trade Route mall to apply for a new card and also downloaded the app that when i was shocked to find out that there were transactions on my account and my money was wiped out and then i again called tyme bank to let them what transpired i was transferred to a guy by the name of Sebolelo Pula who checked and confirmed that he sees something fishy had happened and advised me open a case which i did (ref: GFD-120560) and Sebolelo advised that i was to be called within 5 days because he had escalated the matter, till date i haven't been contacted the only thing i received is that my claim has been declined.

- Please know that I demand a full refund of my money. - I also demand that a person who authorised these transactions be dealt with as this is an internal *****ulent activity because there is no way that all this nonsense can happen after i took all the precautionary steps and spoken to your agents.

Kindly note that I do not take this lightly and expect someone senior to handle this matter and do not want to sms for the same.

The next call or email I am expecting that the matter is finalised and all my money refunded to me or else I am going to open a case against your firm.
