Tyme bank ridiculous debit hold

I have been main banked with Tyme bank for almost 2years now, had the account for longer. I usually cancel my Netflix subscription when I dnt intent to pay it for a particular month and forgot to in December and they kept trying 2 debit incurring unsuccessful debit fees to my account up to R90 till date and my account is on debit hold. I called the number specified on the App today and Nonhlanhla told me I owe the bank and wont be able to transact till I pay them, I asked will it be automatically removed once funds are deposited and She said I will have to call in as it would take up to 48 hours for the hold to be removed. I asked to speak to her superior, she kept me on hold for about 4 minutes and came back to tell me that Her Team leader Karabo said they will take down my information for an automatic removal once funds are deposited. I get paid on Friday and its ridiculous for me to only access my funds on Monday over a negative balance of R89 with a bank my salary gets paid into monthly when I have never experienced such with higher negative balances with other banks. Should this not be automatically removed as promised on Friday I'm closing the account.

To top it all off I went to the Pick' n pay and Boxer stores at Sam Ntuli mall to make a deposit and they were offline. I would rather have a bank charging more service fees than a bank that does not suit my convenience and places a hold on my account without letting me know as if I would run away witĥ their R89. IM SERIOSLY DISAPPOINTED!
