Tyme bank reversal and account blocked with no communication

On the 11th the bank was offline, I was expecting some money that's when I realized I couldn't see my transactions. When I used my card for payments noticed that I've got some extra cash which I wasn't aware of. I didn't use the monies unaccounted for, Tyme bank reversed an excess of R5287. 00, currently Tyme bank has blocked my account without any knowledge and left me stranded. Called with no clear answer to why my account has been blocked. With this regards the ombudsman will be put in action. Kindly assist us with Tyme banks poor customer satisfaction, transparency and account privacy
